Our Story

Phil Brianni, founder of Active Building Developments, has over 30 years of experience in property development. After completing his carpentry apprenticeship, he launched his own carpentry business, which evolved into Active Building Developments. Over the years, we’ve built lasting relationships with trusted contractors and also manage our own dedicated carpentry team. This strong foundation has driven our success, leading to the completion of numerous multi-million dollar developments and land divisions.
